If I’m screenshotting the process I figured I might as well start right at the beginning.

Excerpted from my announcement post:

My game will be set in the Nevada desert. The user plays a security guard in a lonely, vast, and mysterious government warehouse (think the end of Indiana Jones, or Warehouse 13, or the proposed Yucca Mountain nuclear waste storage facility). Then a mysterious noise is heard, and it begins……

I’ll be building the game engine in Common Lisp. I was thinking of using SDL for the interface, but more likely I’ll use Java (either natively or with ABCL) to allow for convenient Web-based deployment to users.
