ZomgRL is completed. It’s possible to win the game if you can outmaneuver the zombies until you get some equipment. It’s also possible to play as a zombie yourself.
It has some bugs with how it generates lots around intersections that could still be worked out, but it seems to generate well enough for now.
I used groovy and initially based my code structure off of the ‘How to Write a Roguelike in 15 steps’ python tutorial.
I have tested in Ubuntu 12.10 and Windows 8, but I have heard that key listeners have problems with OSX. Any advice/testing for this I can put into a postmortem.
