I’ll be programming in C++ and SDL2, likely targetting OpenGL 3.2 so I can play with geometry shaders. I will also borrow rendering code and design from previous and in-development projects.
I will also be using a procedural generation library I wrote for #PROCJAM to (hopefully) expedite progress.
Linux/Windows will be the primary targets as well as OS X if I have time before release.
