R@gueX – Success

R@gueX, a successful 7DRL, my first 7DRL, in fact, my first rogue-like. R@gueX is made by a 13 year old, it offers unique map generation, and infinite gameplay. You can download the simple game here, for Mac or Windows.

  1. Congratulations on finishing your game. I think its great that you are trying out game development at a young age. Good luck with your future projects!

    1. Thanks! It seemed pretty good, for a first try at least… I was also really looking forward to the finished Robot Arena! It seemed it like a really interesting roguelike….

  2. Good game for a first try !
I loved the map generation, graphics are OK, it’s a shame that the balance is a bit broken (finding too much items each floor…)

  3. I played a lot of the 7DRL entries. R@gueX was really fun. It worked the first time I tried. I did not die right away. Colors were good. I like that I could armor up. Very tight. This author is going places.
